Serving suggestions:

Minted yogurt sauce: Serve the air-fried lamb shoulder with a refreshing minted yogurt sauce. Combine Greek yogurt, fresh mint leaves, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Drizzle the sauce over the lamb shoulder or use it as a dipping sauce.

Roasted vegetables: Pair the lamb shoulder with a side of roasted vegetables such as carrots, potatoes, and Brussels sprouts. Toss the vegetables in olive oil, garlic, and your favourite herbs before roasting them in the oven.

Couscous salad: Create a light and flavourful couscous salad to complement the lamb. Mix cooked couscous with diced cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, fresh herbs like parsley and mint, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
