  • ½ tsp Chilli Powder

  • ½ tsp Garlic Granules (or powder)

  • Preheat the oven to 220°c/200°c fan/425 f/Gas 7.
  • In a large bowl, add the prepared sweet potatoes and add all the seasoning. Mix well, so all the potatoes are covered.
  • Lay out your sweet potatoes on a large baking tray making sure they are not overlapping. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, flipping halfway.
