About

I’m so happy you’re here!

I’m a Yorkshire mum of 2 boys (more like men now), a wife to a South African man, and live in Shropshire, UK. With a household of boys, I know they like to eat good food and a lot of it!

My mission is to make super tasty food that is simple and easy to make. Whatever type of diet you’re on, you’re sure to find something that’ll float your boat. All recipes are made with the family in mind.
