Fun Facts About Rachel
When I’m not flipping through new cookbooks, you’ll find me in the kitchen (a lot), usually with a glass of red wine in hand—always a welcome gift in my book! I have a serious weakness for Revels (which I never want to share) and Fruit and Nut Toblerone, both of which must be stored in the fridge. Some of my favourite foods to make are homemade pizza, Mexican chicken fajitas, and anything tapas-style. I buy organic veg from Riverford and it’s gets delivered free each time.
Outside the kitchen, I can’t resist pretty stationery—my notebook stash is getting a little out of control! On a personal note, I don’t have a gallbladder, so I created a special Meal Plan, if you’re in the same boat.
