Are chicken thighs without bones quicker to cook?

There is no definitive answer to this question since it will depend on a number of factors, such as the size and thickness of the chicken thighs, the cooking method being used, and the desired level of doneness. In general, however, boneless chicken thighs will cook slightly faster than those with bones since there is less mass to heat through. Additionally, bone-in chicken may retain more moisture during cooking, resulting in a juicier final product. Ultimately, it is best to use a meat thermometer to gauge when the chicken is cooked through, regardless of whether it has bones or not.

How long to roast chicken thighs in the oven

Again, there is no definitive answer since cooking times will vary based on the factors mentioned above. However, as a general guide, boneless chicken thighs should be roasted at 400 degrees F or 210 degrees c or 190 degrees fan oven for about 35-40 minutes, while bone-in chicken thighs will need to roast for a slightly longer period of time, around 45 minutes. Again, it is always best to use a meat thermometer to ensure that the chicken has reached a safe internal temperature before consumption. You can also cook this on a wood burner if you want to save energy.
