Quick Chocolate Keto Pudding

This low carb chocolate keto pudding recipe is a delicious and easy way to enjoy a sweet treat while on the keto diet. Keto chocolate pudding dessert is simple to make, and only requires a few ingredients. Best of all, it’s sugar-free and low in carbs.

EASY CHOCOLATE KETO DESSERT

If you are on a Keto diet or any diet, you know you need some diet pudding to keep those sugar cravings at bay. This low-carb vegan chocolate keto pudding or dessert is smooth, thick, creamy, and full of chocolate flavours. It is so indulgent you won’t need to snack on anything else.

This quick dessert for the keto diet takes minutes to prepare. That is what I like most about this pudding. Once made, you’ve got pudding for every day of the week!

I use small glass pots that are 6.5 cm H x 5.5 cm D. I find this is the right size for the dessert because the dessert is quite filling.

INGREDIENTS

You will need 2 cans of FULL FAT COCONUT MILK. Do not buy the reduced-fat versions as this will not work and will not be set properly. You will know if you’re on the Keto diet that full fat is the way to go!

Next, you will need 200 grams of dark chocolate. Vegan chocolate if you’re vegan. The lowest carb dark chocolate is the 95% version, but you will need to add a sweetener as the taste is quite bitter. You could have 85% dark chocolate, then you don’t have to include the sweetener, but the choice is up to you.

For those that like an extra bit of sweetness, especially if you are using the 95% dark chocolate, you will need a sweetener. I use a Stevia Sweetener. Just add a bit at a time until you get the taste you want.
