Chocolate Keto Pudding

This low carb vegan chocolate keto pudding dessert is smooth, thick and creamy and full of chocolate flavour. It is so indulgent you won't need to snack on anything else

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Dark Chocolate 85% or 95%
  • 2 400ml Full Fat Coconut Milk
  • 1 tsp Sweetener

Instructions
 

  • Place the coconut milk and the chocolate in the saucepan and heat gently until melted. Add your sweetener and taste to see if it's to your liking. Mix with a metal whisk until all blended together.
  • Pour into your glass pots leaving a centimetre gap at the top.
  • Put in the fridge for at least 2 hours to set.

Notes

To make this pudding even tastier add some peanut butter on top or at the bottom of your dish before pouring your mixture.

You could even add a dollop of creme fresh on top.
