HOW TO MAKE KETO DUMPLINGS
Gluten-free suet dumplings are so easy to make. Just mix all your ingredients together (ingredients in the recipe card further down the post), roll into balls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. To make these dairy-free dumplings just substitute the cheese for vegan cheese.
STORING KETO DUMPLINGS
Once made, refrigerate for a least 30 minutes. You can also freeze them for another time just refrigerate as normal, so they harden up, then pop them in a freezer bag and store them in the freezer until needed for your next dinner.
INGREDIENTS FOR KETO GLUTEN-FREE DUMPLINGS
You will need:
3 eggs
75g Almond Flour
30g Coconut Flour
20g Psyllium Husk
Salt
1tbsp Rosemary
1tbsp Thyme
1tsp Xantham Gum
1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese
1tsp Baking Powder

Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 75 g Almond Flour
- 30 g Coconut Flour
- 20 g Psyllium Husk
- Salt
- 1 tbsp Rosemary
- 1 tbsp Thyme
- 1 tsp Xanthum Gum
- ½ Cup Cheddar Cheese
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 310 g Suet
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together until everything is fully combined.
- Roll into balls with your hands or a cookie scoop and place on a plate.
- Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Add to your slow cooker or casserole and cook for at least 30 minutes before your stew is ready.
