Pasta bake with cream cheese, broccoli and bacon

I have two sons, and they have both different tastes. One likes tomatoes, and the other likes dairy. Usually, I make pasta dishes with tomato sauce as this is my favourite one to go for, but sometimes we have to mix it up a little, so everyone gets to eat what they like. So in this dish, there are no tomatoes, just pure cream cheesiness!

Creamy mushrooms and bacon pasta bake

This dish is great for a winter meal, and it’s sure to please everyone at the table. And if you’re not a fan of broccoli, you can always add some fried mushrooms to the mix. Trust me, this pasta bake is worth trying!
