Ingredients
  

  • 2 Onions (chopped in food processor)
  • 3 Rashers of Bacon
  • 1 Broccoli head (chopped in food processor)
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 3 Cloves of garlic (chopped)
  • 200 g Cream Cheese
  • 250 g Creme Fraiche
  • 1 tsp Bouillion Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 250 g Cheese (Grated)
  • 450 g Pasta Spirals

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta as per packet instructions. Pre-heat the oven to 180°c.
  • Add some oil to a frying pan and turn to medium heat. Fry the cumin seeds for a minute then add the onions and fry until soft, then add the chopped bacon. Fry for 2 -3 minutes. Add the chopped broccoli and red pepper and stir. Add the garlic, creme fraiche and cream cheese. Mix thoroughly. If it feels a bit thick, add some boiled water to loosen the texture. Add the boullion powder and black pepper and simmer for 10 minutes or until the pasta is about cooked.
  • Add the pasta to the creamy veg and mix through, then transfer to an oven-proof dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
