Ingredients for savoury mince stirfry

  • 750 g Beef and pork mince
  • 3 Celery Sticks
  • 1 Packet of Beansprouts
  • ½ Green Pepper Chopped
  • 1 Onion Chopped
  • 5 Sundried tomatoes chopped
  • 1 tsp Bouillion Powder
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • ½ tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Tamari Sauce or soy sauce
  • 1 Clove of Garlic

How to make beef and pork mince stirfry

  • Fry the chopped onion with the olive oil until soft and browned, then add the garlic. Fry for 1 minute. Add the beef and pork mince and fry until the meat is browned.
  • Add the ginger, cayenne pepper, bouillon powder, Worcestershire sauce and paprika and mix through.
  • Add the celery, green pepper and sundried tomatoes and fry for another 5 minutes.
  • Finally, add the beansprouts, mix through until heated up then add the tamari sauce. Mix until every combined and serve. Enjoy!

  • 750 g Beef and pork mince
