Ingredients for savoury mince stirfry
- 750 g Beef and pork mince
- 3 Celery Sticks
- 1 Packet of Beansprouts
- ½ Green Pepper Chopped
- 1 Onion Chopped
- 5 Sundried tomatoes chopped
- 1 tsp Bouillion Powder
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- ½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
- ½ tsp Ground Black Pepper
- ½ tsp Paprika
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1 tbsp Tamari Sauce or soy sauce
- 1 Clove of Garlic
How to make beef and pork mince stirfry
- Fry the chopped onion with the olive oil until soft and browned, then add the garlic. Fry for 1 minute. Add the beef and pork mince and fry until the meat is browned.
- Add the ginger, cayenne pepper, bouillon powder, Worcestershire sauce and paprika and mix through.
- Add the celery, green pepper and sundried tomatoes and fry for another 5 minutes.
- Finally, add the beansprouts, mix through until heated up then add the tamari sauce. Mix until every combined and serve. Enjoy!
