Ingredients for savoury mince stirfry
- 750 g Beef and pork mince
- 3 Celery Sticks
- 1 Packet of Beansprouts
- ½ Green Pepper Chopped
- 1 Onion Chopped
- 5 Sundried tomatoes chopped
- 1 tsp Bouillion Powder
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- ½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
- ½ tsp Ground Black Pepper
- ½ tsp Paprika
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1 tbsp Tamari Sauce or soy sauce
- 1 Clove of Garlic
How to make beef and pork mince stir fry
Fry the chopped onion with the olive oil until soft and browned, then add the garlic. Fry for 1 minute. Add the beef and pork mince and fry until the meat is browned.
Now add the ginger, cayenne pepper, bouillon powder, Worcestershire sauce and paprika and mix through.
Add the celery, green pepper and sundried tomatoes and fry for another 5 minutes.
Finally, add the beansprouts, mix through until heated up then add the tamari sauce. Mix until every combined and serve. Enjoy!
