  • 2 tbsp Sunflower Oil
  • 1 kg Braising Steak Cut into small pieces
  • 2 Onions chopped
  • 1 Clove of garlic crushed
  • 1 tbsp Plain Flour
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 600 ml Beef Stock
  • 400 g Tinned Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Puree
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • 1 Red Pepper

Recipe for Beef Goulash

  • Heat the sunflower oil in a casserole/oven-proof dish, add the chicken and cook until browned. Lift out the beef and lower the heat, add the onions, and garlic and cook gently until soft.
  • Add the flour and paprika and cook, stirring for 1 minute. Pour in the stock and bring to the boil, stirring.
  • Return the meat to the casserole, add the tomatoes, tomato puree, and peppers and season with salt and pepper. Bring back to the boil. cover and cook in the oven for 1 hour.
