Ingredients
  

  • 8 Chicken Breasts (skinless)

Peri Peri Chicken Breast Marinade

  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 tsp Garlic Granules (or crushed fresh garlic)
  • 3 Limes (Juiced)
  • 4 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp Hot Smoked Paprika
  • 4 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder (or flakes/fresh – add more or less depending how spicy you like it)

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the marinade ingredients in a bowl. In another large bowl add the chicken breasts and pour over the marinade, rub into the the breasts making sure they are fully coated. Leave for at least an 2 hours or overnight.
  • Add the chicken breasts to the air fryer and put the temperature to 180℃ /350℉. Cook for about 18-22 minutes depending on the size. Use a meat probe in each breast to check if they are done. The temperature should be at least 74℃ in the thickest part of them meat.
