- 1ย tspย Vanilla Essence
- 157ย gย Dried Cranberries
- Salt
How to make homemade white chocolate fudge
- Fully line and grease a 9 x 9 brownie tin.
- Add the white chocolate and condensed milk to a bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Stir until all the chocolate is melted.
- Add the vanilla essence, cranberries and salt and mix through. Transfer to the tin and spread evenly. Cool in the fridge. When set, cut into square pieces and store in an air-tight container.
