2. Season your pork tenderloin with your favourite seasoning. We recommend using a Smoked Pork Rub
3. Place the pork tenderloin on the cooking grate, making sure itโs not touching any of the hot coals or direct flame. Brown the roast until well browned, then leave aside without the heat.
4. Cook the pork tenderloin until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit, which should take about 1 hour 20 mins, give or take, depending on the size of your pork tenderloin
5. Remove the pork tenderloin from the grill and let it rest for at least 10 minutes before cutting.
