This recipe has only 19 calories per serving! I used half-fat mayonnaise in this recipe so keep that in mind if you’re counting your calories. With such a low calorie, this makes it an ideal addition to a meal without feeling guilty!
Ingredients
- 1 lrg Carrot
- 1 sml Onion
- 1 lrg bowl Kalettes
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise of choice ( I used half-fat)
- ½ Lemon
- Black Pepper
- Salt
How to make Kalette Coleslaw
Whiz your kalettes in a mini chopper or chop finely if you haven’t got one.
Do the same with the onion and carrot and add to the bowl and mix thoroughly.
Finally, add mayonnaise, lemon juice and seasoning and serve!
