Pasta with kale recipe

Vegan alternative to creme fraiche
To make this vegan use Soy Sour Cream or a soy yoghurt. You can also use Silken tofu for a thicker texture.

- 1 Onion Chopped
- 200 g Kale Chopped
- 350 g Creme Fraiche
- 1 tbsp Bouillion Powder or stock powder
- Salt and Pepper
- 400 g Pasta spirals
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 Garlic Clove
How to make creamy kale pasta
- Cook the pasta as per packet instructions.
- Fry the chopped onions with the oil in a large frying pan until soft then add the garlic. Add the fresh kale and reduce the heat and cook until wilted and soft.
- Add the bouillon and creme fraiche and stir through. If it feels a bit thick add a little water to loosen it. Add salt and pepper then cover with a lid and simmer until your pasta is ready.
