Ingredients
  

  • 1 lrg Carrot
  • 1 sml Onion
  • 1 lrg bowl Kalettes
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise of choice
  • ½ Lemon
  • Black Pepper
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Whiz your kalettes in a mini chopper or chop finely if you haven't got one. Do the same with the onion and carrot and add to the bowl and mix thoroughly. Finally add mayonnaise, lemon juice and seasoning.
