Ingredients
In this recipe I use peanut butter to give it extra flavour but you can leave this out if you prefer not to. You good substitute it for honey comb!
- 200 g Dark Chocolate or milk chocolate
- 2 tbsp Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Sprinkles for decoration
How to make giant marshmallow chocolate puffs
- Line your baking traying with baking paper.
- Line up your giant marshmallows close together.
- In a bowl, add the broken-up chocolate, butter and peanut butter. Place in the microwave for about 30-35 seconds until the chocolate has melted. Stir thoroughly.
- Pour evenly over the marshmallow and cover the sides if you can.
- Sprinkle the top with coloured sprinkles. Leave to set in the fridge for about an hour.
