Baking with oats for breakfast

Baking with oats for breakfast is a great way to start your day. They are high in fibre and have a lot of protein. Blueberry baked oats are my favourite. I like adding blueberries, plain greek yoghurt, and a little vanilla essence.

Bake them for 30 minutes, and they are ready to eat. You can also add other fruits like raspberries or strawberries. Add some chopped nuts for extra protein, and have a delicious and healthy breakfast.

Baked oats with or without banana

A lot of oat recipes add banana to them, but you don’t need it in this recipe unless you want to substitute the dairy yoghurt for a banana if you’re vegan.
