Easy baked oats with blueberries, perfect to batch bake for the week. Top with syrup or a blob of yoghurt.

Ingredients
  

  • 400 g Plain Yoghurt (Greek)
  • 160 g Rolled Oats
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 250 g Blueberries (Fresh or frozen)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180°c fan/ 200°c.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the oats, yoghurt, eggs and vanilla extract. Then fold in the blueberries.
  • Divide the mixture into the ramekin bowls and place them all on a baking tray. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Serve on its own or with yoghurt and syrup. Enjoy!
