This pea dip can easily be made into a pea sauce for pasta. Instead of using sesame oil, use olive oil and add lemon juice, crushed garlic (about 3 cloves) and water to create a sauce. This pea sauce is a great way to add some extra nutrition and flavour to your pasta dish.
The sauce is also vegan and gluten-free, so it’s a great option for those with dietary restrictions. To make the sauce, simply blend all of the ingredients together in a food processor or blender.
