How to make a high protein mug cake

Why Collagen Rather Than Protein Powder
Collage powder has more protein than your usual protein powder while also promoting gut health, supporting joint function, and giving you that beauty-boosting collagen your body craves.
I personally use this collagen powder that I get delivered monthly through Amazon’s subscription service – it even has added vitamin C for enhanced absorption. After trying several brands, this one consistently delivers the best results and taste. You can check it out here.
Serving Suggestions
