When I make mac and cheese, the best part is getting that gooey sauce on top. Sometimes it can be tricky to get everything just right โ not too thick or thin, so you donโt end up with an overcooked dish but keep it undercooked enough to ensure your guests are happy! So when boiling your macaroni, boil it until it’s just tender.

How to make baked Macaroni Cheese
You could serve this mac and cheese straight from your saucepan (just make sure you’ve fully cooked your macaroni), but transferring it to your oven-proof dish and baking it adds a lovely cheesy chewy, crispy topping which I love.

Nice but very wet! And I didnโt use the full 900ml of milk. Itโd have been swimming in the runny sauce if I did.
Thank you for your feedback and glad you liked it apart from it being too runny. Maybe the macaroni was cooked to much before hand as usually the pasta will soak up the excess moisture.
Definitely super easy and delicious
