- 2 Red Peppers
- 100 g Peas
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 500 g Turkey (or whatever you have leftover)
- 3 Cloves of Garlic
- 1 tsp Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Ground Ginger
- 3 tsp Garam Masala
- 2 tsp Tumeric
- 400 g Tinned Tomatoes
- 200 ml Coconut Milk (or cream)
- Salt and Pepper (to taste
How to make turkey curry tikka masala style
STEP 1:Heat the oil on a pan on medium heat and add the onions. Fry until soft, then add the garlic and spices and fry for another minute. Add the pepper and stir through. If it’s a bit dry, add a splash of water.
SEP 2: Add the turkey, tomatoes, peas and coconut milk. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes. Serve on its own or with rice.
