  • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 500 g Turkey Mince (you can also use leftover turkey)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger
  • 3 tbsp Honey (or Agave Syrup)
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce (or Tamari Sauce)
  • 1 tbsp Siracha Sauce
  • 350 g Noodles (Any type)
  • 2 Limes (Juiced)
  • 1 Garlic (Chopped)
  • 4 Spring Onions (Chopped)
  • 3 Celery Sticks (Chopped)

How to make chilli turkey mince meat

  • Heat the oil over high heat. Add the turkey and fry for 10-12 minutes.
  • Add the ginger and garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  • Stir in the honey, soya sauce and chilli sauce and cook for 1 minute. Add the celery and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Cook the noodles and drain. Add 1 tbsp of oil and the lime juice.
  • Serve the noodles and top with the turkey mince and spring onions on top.
