- 90 g Meringues (Coarsely crushed) Buy them or make your own basic meringues
- 500 g Chopped Strawberries
- Strawberry halves (to decorate)
- Mint leaves (to decorate)

How to make Eton mess with ready made meringue
STEP 1: Whip the cream with the brandy until it just holds its shape. Fold in the crushed meringues and chopped strawberries.
