Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken Mince/ground
- 2 lrg Eggs or 3 medium
- 3 tbsp Corn Flour
- 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Onion (Chopped)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Tarragon
- 1 tsp Paprika
How to make Ground Chicken Meatloaf
STEP 1:
Fully line a 1lb loaf tin. Fry the onion in a little oil on medium heat until softened. Set aside.
STEP 2:
In a bowl add rest of the ingredients then add the onions. Mix together by hand and transfer to the loaf tin. Level out with the back of a tablespoon and place in the air fryer.
STEP 3:
Set the air fryer to 180โ/350โ and cook for about 32 minutes. Check with a meat thermometer in the middle to see if it’s cooked, it should be at least 74โ/165โ.
Let it stand for 5 minutes before removing from the tin. Slice and serve with your favourite side dish.

To store leftover chicken meatloaf, allow it to cool completely before placing it in an airtight container. It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. To reheat, place the meatloaf in the air fryer or oven until heated through.

Yes, you can freeze chicken meatloaf for longer storage. Wrap the cooled meatloaf tightly in plastic wrap, followed by a layer of aluminum foil, and place it in the freezer. It can be stored in the freezer for up to 2-3 months.
