When do raspberries come into season?

Raspberries typically come into season in the late spring or early summer. However, this can vary depending on the region where they are grown. For example, raspberries grown in warmer climates may come into season earlier than those grown in cooler climates. This year our raspberries were ready in mid-June in the UK.

What can I use raspberry vinegar for?

Raspberry vinegar can be used in salad dressings, as a marinade for meats, or as a flavouring for other dishes. This raspberry dressing works perfectly with fish.

How long does salad dressing keep?

As long as the salad dressing is stored properly, it can last for several months. However, it is best to use it within a few weeks of opening it. Once opened, salad dressing can start to spoil and develop bacteria. Therefore, it is important to keep it refrigerated after opening, especially if there is fresh fruit in it.
