- 325 g Plain Flour (All purpose)
- ½ tsp Salt
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 200 ml Water
How to make yeast-free flatbreads
The dough requires only a minimal amount of kneading. Just sufficient to bring together and form smooth, elastic gluten strands that will be light as air when cooked! Over-kneading can result in tough bread so don’t overdo it with your hands or mixer—a few minor breaks are okay but avoid too much mixing again.
