This meat pie bake is one of the quickest and easiest dishes I’ve made and involves no frying! Everything is mixed in the oven proof dish then it goes straight in the oven! A delicious gluten free full protein meat pie without the pastry.

Ingredients

  • 3 Celery Stick (chopped in the food processor)
  • 1 Onion (finely chopped in the food processor)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • ยฝ tbsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 3 Eggs
  • 250 g Cheese (Grated – enough to sprinkle on top)
  • 500 g Minced Meat (I used pork and mutton mince)

STEP 1

Preheat the oven to 200โ„ƒ/180โ„ƒfan/400โ„‰/Gas 6.

STEP 2

Add all the ingredients to the oven proof dish and mix with a fork. Alternatively add to a bowl if you find it easier.
