Ingredients
3 Celery Stick (chopped in the food processor)
1 Onion (finely chopped in the food processor)
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Ground Black Pepper
1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
½ tbsp Cayenne Pepper
3 Eggs
250 g Cheese (Grated – enough to sprinkle on top)
500 g Minced Meat (I used pork and mutton mince)
How to make gluten free meat pie bake
STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 200℃/180℃fan/400℉/Gas 6.
STEP 2
Add all the ingredients to the oven proof dish and mix with a fork. Alternatively add to a bowl if you find it easier.
STEP 3
Spread the mixture out evenly and top with the grated cheese. Bake in the oven for 50 minutes. Serve with steamed vegetables or a green salad.
