Ingredients
- ยฝ Red Cabbage (Thinly sliced)
- 1 sml Onion (White or red)
- 400g Sprouts (Peeled and thinly sliced)
- 1 Carrot (Grated)
- 2 Cups Mayonnaise
- 2 Cups Greek Yoghurt
- 2 tsp English Mustard
- 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- Salt and Pepper (to season)
Instructions for Sprout Coleslaw
In a medium side bowl add the mayonnaise, yoghurt, apple cider vinegar and salt and pepper. Mix together until combined.
In a large bowl add the sliced cabbage, onion, sprouts and grated carrot. Add the dressing and mix until everything is covered. Keep in the bowl or transfer to a serving dish.
