Gluten-Free flour to thicken gravy

To make a gluten-free gravy use Corn Starch. Corn starch is a great thickener because it is starchy and has a very mild taste.

Replace the plain flour as in the recipes above with Corn Starch but use less of it, about 1/2 a tbsp should be enough.

When making the gravy make sure it is on high heat so it begins to thicken. Once the gravy thickens stop mixing otherwise it will become runny again.
