Chicken Marinade
- 1 large garlic clove (minced (or 2 small cloves))
- 1 tbsp ground coriander

- 1 cup Greek yoghurt
- 1 clove garlic (crushed)
- Squeeze of lemon juice

To Serve
- 5 Flatbreads (Pitabreads or tortilla wraps)
- Sliced lettuce (Iceberg)
- Tomato slices
- Red onion (finely sliced OR spring onions)
- Cheese (shredded (optional) any type)
- Hot sauce (optional)
How To Make Chicken Shawarma At Home
Marinade Chicken
Combine the marinade ingredients in bowl.
Add the chicken, massage with your hands to make sure each piece is coated.
Marinate 24 hours if possible or a (minimum 3 hours).
Yoghurt Sauce
Combine the Yogurt Sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix. Cover and put in the fridge until required.
Air Fry Chicken Breasts
Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer. Set the temperature to 180โ and cook for about 20 minutes (depending on the size) turning half way. Check the internal temperature of each one is 74โ to make sure they are fully cooked.
