I picked a load of strawberries from our local fruit farm. This is something we do each year and supports the farmers. Freshly picked strawberries have the best flavour and I highly recommend giving it a go.

No Cream Strawberry Mousse
There is no cream in this recipe, instead I have use plain greek yoghurt and works just as well. You can use cream if you want it but personally I usually have yoghurt in the fridge as opposed to cream and it tastes just as good!
How Long Will it Keep?
You can keep in the fridge for up to week.
