- 2 Sticks of Celery
- 2 Corn Cob (Cut in half)
- 1 400g Butter Beans
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 8 Cumberland Sausages
- 4 Cloves of Garlic (Sliced)
- Salt and Pepper

- Add the tinned tomatoes and butter beans to the oven-proof dish. Add the chopped celery, garlic and corn on the cob. Finally, add the sausages and press them into the tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper.
