Instructions
Preheat oven to 160°c fan/180°c/
Add the tinned tomatoes and butter beans to the oven-proof dish. Add the chopped celery, garlic and corn on the cob. Finally, add the sausages and press them into the tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Bake in the oven for 45 minutes. Serve with garlic bread.
