What type of Pesto
Previously my husband made a big batch of pesto and place it in the freezer, so this is what I used. You can easily buy jars of green pesto at your local supermarket. If you prefer you can also use tomato pesto as an alternative.
Ingredients
- 3 – 4 tbsp Green Pesto (fresh or frozen)
- 1 Courgette (cubed)
- 1 packet Noodles (Any type)
How To Make Quick Courgette and Pesto Noodles
Cook the noodles as per packet instructions.
Spray the frying pan with oil and add the chopped courgettes. Cook in a medium heat for about 2 -3 minutes. Add the pesto to warm up.
Add the pesto and courgettes to the drained noodles and mix thoroughly. Serve hot. Enjoy!
