How To Make Gluten-Free Triple Chocolate Brownies

INGREDIENTS FOR GLUTEN-FREE TRIPLE CHOCOLATE BROWNIES
There are no fancy ingredients in these lovely brownies. I always buy organic cocoa powder when making chocolate bakes for an extra chocolatey flavour. Here is your shopping list:
- 275 g Caster Sugar
- 185 g Unsalted Butter
- 185 g 70% Dark Chocolate
- 85 g Gluten Plain Free Flour
- 50 g White Chocolate
- 50 g Milk Chocolate
- 40 g Cocoa Powder
- 3 lrg Eggs
BROWNIE MAKING TIPS
One essential tip is to have good quality dark chocolate that contains 70% cocoa solids. I’ve tried it with 50% and it just doesn’t turn out right.
Another top tip is to use good quality flour whether it’s wheat or gluten-free. I always use organic when I can.
Don’t rush when adding the flour and cocoa powder, fold in slowly until it’s all combined.
Whisk the eggs and sugar until light, thick and creamy before adding your chocolate sauce.
I use 2 brownie tins for this recipe, so they make 18 good size brownie squares.
Don’t use chocolate chips for the milk and white chocolate as they don’t taste as good. Buy the bars then bash them in a freezer bag with a rolling pin.
Bake for 26 minutes at 160 degrees C fan oven.
DAIRY-FREE GLUTEN-FREE BROWNIES
These brownies can also be dairy-free as well as gluten-free. Just replace the butter with a dairy-free spread or a vegan block.

RECIPE FOR GLUTEN-FREE BROWNIES
Melt butter and dark chocolate in a pan over low heat.
Heat oven at 160ยฐC Fan oven.
Chop the white and milk chocolate into little pieces if not already done so.
Sieve flour and cocoa powder in a bowl.
Whisk eggs and sugar in a electric mixer until pale and thick and creamy.
Pour in cooled chocolate mixture in the eggy mousse and slowly mix together.
Add the flour and cocoa powder and fold in slowly until everything is blended in.
Add the chopped chocolate.
Pour evenly intoย baking tinsย and bake for 26 minutes
