Ingredients
- 4 Chicken breasts (cooked in the air fryer or leftover chicken)
- 1 Onion (Finely Chopped)
- 3 litres Chicken or Vegetable Stock (or mix 6 tsp bullion powder with boiling water)
- 2 sheets Noodles (Dried broken up)
- Ground Black Pepper (to season)
- 1 tsp Parsley (Dried or Fresh )
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 40 g Butter

Cut the cooked chicken breasts into small pieces and set aside.

Heat the vegetable oil and butter in the pot and add the chopped onion. Fry on a medium heat for up to 10 minutes until soft. Add some black pepper and stir.
Add the stock and chicken pieces and bring to the boil. Sprinkle some parsley and simmer for 20 minutes. Break up the noodles into little pieces and add to the pot. Cook for a further 5 minutes until the noodles are tender.
Check to see if want and extra seasoning such as salt and pepper then serve with some crusty bread.
