  • 50 g Rocket – Or Spinach
  • 100 g Cheese (Grated) – Any sort you like
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper

How to make stuffed chicken breast for the air fryer

  • Open up the sliced chicken breasts and rub on or spray some olive oil and the same on the other side. Sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper.
  • Add the grated cheese and rocket, and fold the chicken over. Place them in the air fryer, set the temperature to 180°c, and cook for 20 minutes. They should be golden and cooked through. If not, put them back in for a further 2 – 5 minutes.
  • Serve with a quinoa salad or a side of your choice.
