- 2 Sourdough Bread (or bread of choice) preferably thick slices or a baguette cut in half.
- 100 g Grated Cheese
- 3 tbsp Spicy Salsa
- 5 Sundried Tomatoes (from a jar in oil)
- Black Pepper (to season)
How to make a quick homemade spicy salsa pizza in the air fryer
- Spread the salsa over two slices of firm sourdough bread or thick slices of any other bread.
- Chopped the sundried tomatoes and scatter on top of the salsa. Sprinkle with grated cheese and a little black pepper.
- Bake in the air fryer for about 7 minutes at 200℃/400℉. Cook for longer if you want a more crispier bottom or toast the bread beforehand.
