Ingredients
  

  • 130 g Cheddar Cheese (Grated)
  • 140 g Red Leicester Cheese (Grated)
  • 1 sml Onion
  • 7 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Chives (Finely Chopped or use Spring Onions)
  • Back Pepper (to taste)
  • 6 Slices Bread

Instructions
 

  • Grate all cheese and transfer to a mixing bowl. Add the diced onion, chives, mayonnaise and some black pepper to taste.
  • Mix until thoroughly combined. Butter the bread and add about 2 large tablespoons of the mixture on one slice. Spread out to the corners and top with the other slice of bread. Repeat with the remaining slices of bread.
