Instructions
Dry fry the sesame seeds in a frying pan on medium heat until golden and toasted. Remove and set aside.
Put the sesame oil in the frying pan on medium to high heat and add the minced beef breaking it apart with a wooden spoon followed by the ginger, garlic and honey. Fry for 5 minutes to crisp up.
Add the broccoli and red pepper and stir through. Cook for another 5 - 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, juice the limes and add the soy sauce and cayenne pepper to the juice.
Serve the minced beef with a bed of rice and splash some of the juice on top. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and enjoy!
