- 6 Apples (Granny smiths or cooking apples)
- 300 g Blueberries (Fresh or Frozen)
- 1 tbsp Caster Sugar
- 1 tbsp Flour (Plain)
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
Crumble Topping Ingredients
- 125 g Oats
- 125 g Flour
- 125 g Butter (Melted)
- 150 g Light Brown Sugar

Preheat the oven to 160βFAN/180β/350β/Gas 4.
Peel, core and chop the apples and add to the oven dish. Add the blueberries and mix. Sprinkle the sugar, flour and cinnamon on top.
Crumble
In a bowl add the oat, flour, sugar and melted butter. Mix until a crumble start to form. You should have some chunks sticking together.
Place on top of the fruit and spread evenly until cover. Bake in the oven for 45 -50 minutes until golden. Serve with your favourite topping.
