Apple and blueberry crumble is irresistible combination of tender apples, juicy blueberries, and a crumbly golden topping, every bite is pure heaven.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Apples (Granny smiths or cooking apples)
  • 300 g Blueberries (Fresh or Frozen)
  • 1 tbsp Caster Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Flour (Plain)
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Crumble Topping Ingredients

  • 125 g Oats
  • 125 g Flour
  • 125 g Butter (Melted)
  • 150 g Light Brown Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 160℃FAN/180℃/350℉/Gas 4.
  • Peel, core and chop the apples and add to the oven dish. Add the blueberries and mix. Sprinkle the sugar, flour and cinnamon on top.

Crumble

  • In a bowl add the oat, flour, sugar and melted butter. Mix until a crumble start to form. You should have some chunks sticking together.
  • Place on top of the fruit and spread evenly until cover. Bake in the oven for 45 -50 minutes until golden. Serve with your favourite topping.
