Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200℃ fan/220℃/400℉. Add the sprouts to a oven proof dish or baking tray and lightly spray all over with oil. Mix around until they are all covered. Season with salt and pepper. Make sure they're not overlapping.
Roast for about 15 to 20 minutes until they turn slightly brown on the edges or roast for an extra 5 minutes for crispiness.
