Roasted Sprouts

When properly roasted, Brussels sprouts transform into crispy, caramelised nuggets of goodness with a tender interior that will keep you coming back for more.

Equipment

Enamel Roasting Tin or baking tray

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Sprouts (peeled and chopped in half)
  • Salt and Pepper (to season)
  • Spray of oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 200℃ fan/220℃/400℉. Add the sprouts to a oven proof dish or baking tray and lightly spray all over with oil. Mix around until they are all covered. Season with salt and pepper. Make sure they're not overlapping.
  • Roast for about 15 to 20 minutes until they turn slightly brown on the edges or roast for an extra 5 minutes for crispiness.
