This slow cooker protein rice pudding is a delicious and nutritious twist on a classic dessert. Packed with 20g of protein per serving, it's perfect for those following a high-protein diet or anyone looking for a satisfying treat.

Ingredients
  

  • 150 g Short Grain Rice (pudding rice)
  • 1800 ml Full-fat Milk
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Grated or ground Nutmeg (optional)
  • 8 tbsp Collagen Powder (or high protein powder)

Instructions
 

  • Grease the slow cooker with butter.
  • Add all the ingredients, stir and set the slow cooker to low. Cook for 4 hours, or until the rice in tender and creamy.
  • Don't worry if it's a little bit runny after the 4 hours it will thicken up as it cools.
  • Divide between dished and top with jam.
