Instructions
Cook the noodles as per packet instructions.
Heat a large frying pan with the oil on medium heat. Add the chopped onion and fry for 5 minutes until soft. Add the pork mince and fry on high until cooked through. Add the Chinese spice, garlic, stock powder, tomato puree, soy sauce and balsamic. Stir through. Add some boiled water to loosen the mixture.
Add the celery and carrots. Add a little water and cover with a lid. Cook for about 10 - 15 minutes. Add the cooked noodles and stir through.
