Ingredients
  

  • 320 g Ready made puff pastry sheet
  • 4 tbsp Ground Almonds
  • 800 g Plums (halved and stoned)
  • 3 tbsp Caster Sugar
  • 25 g Flaked Almonds

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 220℃/200℃fan/Gas7. Take the puff pastry out of the fridge and leave out for 15 minutes.
  • Line a baking tray with baking paper. Unravel the puff pastry and place on the baking paper.
  • Sprinkle over the ground almonds and scatter the plums into an even layer. Sprinkle with flaked almonds, then the sugar.
  • Bake for 20 minutes until the pastry is golden. Allow to stand for 10 minutes to cool and sprinkle a little more sugar on top. Cut into pieces and serve.
