Instructions
Gently boil water with dried hibiscus flowers.
Add sugar, stirring to dissolve it. Lower the heat, letting it simmer for around 30 minutes until flowers become larger and softer.
Strain the tea, discarding, eating, or saving flowers for garnishing. Allow the tea to cool to room temperature before chilling it in the refrigerator.
Serve the cold tea in a glass filled with ice, adding garnish if desired.
