Ingredients
  

  • 5 Cups Water
  • 10 Dried Hibiscus Flowers
  • ¾ Cup Sugar
  • Ice Cubes

Instructions
 

  • Gently boil water with dried hibiscus flowers.
  • Add sugar, stirring to dissolve it. Lower the heat, letting it simmer for around 30 minutes until flowers become larger and softer.
  • Strain the tea, discarding, eating, or saving flowers for garnishing. Allow the tea to cool to room temperature before chilling it in the refrigerator.
  • Serve the cold tea in a glass filled with ice, adding garnish if desired.
