Ingredients
  

  • 150 g Ready Cooked Prawns (Frozen)
  • 4 Slices of Bread
  • 8 tbsp Mayonnaise (Full or Half Fat)
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • Splash of Tabasco Sauce (or Worcestershire Sauce or both)
  • Paprika (Pinch)
  • Salt and Pepper (to season)
  • Lemon juice (A squeeze of)

Instructions
 

  • Make sure the pawns are fully thawed, rinse, then dry with a paper towel and set aside in a bowl.
  • Add the mayo, ketchup, tabasco, lemon juice, paprika and salt and pepper to a bowl and mix until everything is combined.
  • Butter the slices of bread. Add some of the marie sauce to the prawns and mix until the prawns are coated. Add more sauce if you need it.
  • Add the prawn mixture to the bread and spread out evenly. Sandwich together with a slice of bread and serve.
