- 150 g Ready Cooked Prawns (Frozen)
- 4 Slices of Bread
- 8 tbsp Mayonnaise (Full or Half Fat)
- 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- Splash of Tabasco Sauce (or Worcestershire Sauce or both)
- Paprika (Pinch)
- Salt and Pepper (to season)
- Lemon juice (A squeeze of)

Make sure the pawns are fully thawed, rinse, then dry with a paper towel and set aside in a bowl.
Add the mayo, ketchup, tabasco, lemon juice, paprika and salt and pepper to a bowl and mix until everything is combined.
Butter the slices of bread. Add some of the marie sauce to the prawns and mix until the prawns are coated. Add more sauce if you need it.
Add the prawn mixture to the bread and spread out evenly. Sandwich together with a slice of bread and serve.
